- What is the name of the bridge: [Summer St./A St.: (B-16-124)] What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states the netting which was installed by the city under the A Street Bridge (near Melcher St/Luckys) is a problem. States that the netting was installed under the bridge to prevent the pigeons from sleeping and pooping on the sidewalk but it hasn’t solved the issue and now there are dead and dying birds trapped on the net, crying. Birds are still sleeping under the bridge and have found a way to get under the net so now it’s just an inhumane death trap.]
