- Right infront of windows in my place at 425 Lagrange st 307, there are yellow flags with a long string hanging and fluctuating on branches of a big tree. It is not dangerous but it seems very unpleasant and makes me nervous. The tree belongs to Westerly Buring Ground, however it is very close to my windows. Please remove the trash from the tree as soon as possible. This place is valuable historic site, so it must be taken care of.
