- Leaf Cleanup and Maintenance- Hoping in 2024, the parking lot next to the DCR Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Memorial Rink will no longer be neglected. The parking lot is constantly filled with trash and left over leaves. There has hardly been any cleanup, maintence of the lawn, trees or trash in 2023. This is a very popular rink used my many residents and non-residents and requires extra attention especially during the busy seasons. Please have someone come maintence this lot.
