BCYF:his is an anonymous request so we are not able to follow up with the constituent. According to the Pool Manager, classes at the pool have available spots on a regular basis. No one is being shut out so we are not sure what the issue is with non Boston residents using the pool. Having said that, all our facilities are free and we do not bar non-Boston residents however we are looking at modifying our registration system in the future and charging a fee for non-Boston residents. The caller is welcome to reach out to us if there are further issues.
