Case Referred to External Agency | Looking back on some older forms from 311 and saw this one. We have sent this from a few other emails reporting the outage to our electrical engineering staff that oversees streetlight repair and upkeep. They were working with utility to schedule to have light fixed. Whenever we get that schedule, I would be happy to send that information along to City of Boston 311.
