- 4121 Washington Street Rosindale - a place where rooms are rented that the city pays for with Wu getting the people off mass Ave given free rent for an year so everyone else basically paying for these rooms where it’s constant people in an out drug deals done outside on the porch so many rats & mice coming in and out and cockroaches. So the landlord just collects the money doesn’t take care of the property it’s not a great start coming from the tents to this. Property should be investigated- such a broken system - no wonder these people can’t start over being placed in a dirt house known to drug dealers so they can pop in etc
