Description: Const states "The city just completed replacing the water piping on Monument Avenue in Charlestown. Two curbs near our address of 24 Monument Avenue are depressed from the other curbs. They are the. original granite curbs when the street was laid out in 1855. There is a safety concern since the curbs now have an edge that they formally did not have.
