- What is the nature of the problem: [Nene Auto Body & Repair shop is washing cars without permits on weekends and weekdays. Taking up two parking spaces on Woodrow Avenue side of the building. The shop has in the past asked for 6 additional parking spaces underunderneath the building and now we have trash being thrown out onto the street and cars blocking access to residents.
