- Constituent states Urban Cycles has an illegal Bike corral on the public street taking up two resident spots and a handicap spot. Constituent states the bike store puts new bikes for sale on the rack during the day when he already has multiple for sale right on the public sidewalk in front of the store. Constituent also states the bike store owner allows the tours of over 50 bikes to be set up on the sidewalk where elderly or disabled persons cant get around it is a serious safety hazard! Please remove the Bike corral from the resident spots! There are never any bikes on it at night when residents could park there! They have no signs for a permit. Constituent states the elderly living in the building have to be picked up further up by the ride which is not fair or safe for them! Please can this bike corral be removed.
