- Constituent reports vendors are back blocking the sidewalk from case 101005132939 (text of case below) People selling cell phones near the DTA Roxbury Office (2201 Washington Street) set up tables each day on the sidewalk that block access to the sidewalk for constituents with disabilities. This is the sidewalk across the street from 13 Ruggles Street. Constituents asked me to file a request on her behalf to the City to prevent these individuals from blocking the sidewalk. |
