- To clarify case # 101004725416 Fuel pumps fail to shut off. Some of the gas nozzels at this shell gas station constinue to overflow while pumping gas. The store worker was notified and nothing has been done to fix the issue. Constituent states NOTE: this can cause a fire or an explosion it is very hazard! also gas will damage an automobiles paint. Constituent reports they also paid for the gas that spilled over. |

Case Resolved | the inspector tested all the hoses and the shut off valve worked properly. Pump 9 & 10 were out of service and not tested. call us at 617-961-3380 with any questions.
