- Sidewalk is caving in. Damage to gate and retaining wall. Gable end of house may be compromised. This was first reported on august 6 2019. After inspection , home owner was told black top would be applied before cement was replaced. Neither happened and case was closed. Now rats are jumping in ad out of sidewalk.I would appreciate some further action |
