- This stretch of land is NEVER shoveled. I've lived on this street for the past 6 years. We have neighbors in wheelchairs, with carriages, and elders. If the city owns this land and is NEVER maintaining it, I will be HAPPY to make a huge fuss and when I fall, file a lawsuit.
