- See my other 311 report and this photo. The sidewalks around M Street Park are sheets of ice. See all the footsteps? Those are taxpayers walking on dangerous ice to the overcrowded buses. Do you want us walking in the middle of E 1st Street, a major thoroughfare that drivers speed down all day long? This is why the city needs to shovel around city property, just like we residents do.
