- Where is the Gas Station: [The gas service is provided by national grid to operate stove in my home] What are the conflicting prices: [over several months the charge has increased dramatically; usage has not] When did you see this: [09/01/2017] Detail Information: [I noticed my bill (usually paid online) was again extremely high and contacted National Grid. They have taken NO action to resolve the issue nor acknowledge there is one. The situation continues to worsen and the monthly bills since continue to be excessive. Eventually it will be disconnected. Please help. What action can I take?]
