Construction Debris

Description: work has not been performed on this site for 3-4 weeks...however, there is a porta-potty there that reeks. not sure who to contact on this, but something needs to be done...can someone contact the owner of the property to ensure this gets cleaned? if not, could you please steer me in the proper direction... it's not nice walking by it or when a wind is blowing carrying the stench into the neighborhood...thank you.. | Construction debris: [my complaint isn't about debris, but not sure how to report this, altho it is a construction site...] Exact location: [contained within site, but not complaining about debris...]
