Description: constituent complaint: Corner of Eutaw St. and Meridian St. in front of 351 Meridian St. variety store the street drain is blocked causing street flooding. There was just a Dept. of Public Works truck parked right on top of the drain with it's flashing lights on but stayed 10 minutes and just drove off. This was reported the last time it rained hard also. | Type of request: [Flooding]
