- What is the nature of the problem: [I have had issues with this neighbor regarding the feeding of pigeons for many years.. I have contacted inspectional services in the year 2012 regarding this matter, I spoke with Inspector Capogreco.. who requested photo's. I personally walked into 1010 Mass Ave with the information requested. It is 2014 and the situation continues.. Capogreco has been contacted on several occasions when the feeding continues 7/21/14 the neighbor in questioned feel she is not doing anything wrong. Can someone please send information or an ordinance regarding this issue as to why this should not be happening. There is a crowd of 50 or more that sit on the roof awaiting to be fed PLEASE FINE THIS INDIVIDUAL.]
