- Constituents name is Jess and her email is releasethehoundspress@gmail.com if further info is needed. She seems to be having issues with the condition of the alley behind the home and feels it is in need of repaving. Furthermore, she is having issues with recycling and garbage. Her building management does not have a recycling program and trash is being picked up at 5AM- which is very loud. According to this constituent, Fineberg Companies do as they please with no regard for their residents. I made cases for rodent activity and a big building recycling complaint. According to our system, the alley behind the building is not a public alley. Constituent reports: "the alleyway behind our apartments is in awful condition and causes a lot of unnecessary noise. All tenants here feel this way. when we take out our garbage we negotiate with giant puddles of foul-smelling water, rats, pot holes and poor gravel, and every morning as homeless people come to collect the bottles to recycle their trollies are SO LOUD that it wakes the neighborhood up. This alley needs to be re-paved, to solve all of these problems. It hasn't had any attention in decades going by the condition of it." "why is there no recycling bin? hundreds of tennants just put their recycling into the dumpsters because there is nowhere else to put it. this is why its a good thing that homeless ppl collect glass bottles, because they are helping recycle. however they dont collect plastic cartons etc that dont return a 5c deopist, so there is tons of recyclable material literally going to waste. the council needs to provide an option to recycle here". " the garbage truck that collects the garbage throughout the week is also unbelievably loud, at 5am in the morning. and not like any other residence i have ever lived in. all the tenants here are bothered by this and we have each tried different ways in sound proofing our windows but nothing works, it is just too loud. the collection takes a long time also, so it's extremely disturbing. is there a way that the truck can come later in the day?" "fineberg managment couldnt care less what their tenants say, it is a poorly run company, quality is not of concern to them, i have asked about recycling before and they said they didnt want to pay for recycling because the council doesnt provide it. so they wont provide a place for all of these ppl to recycle."
