Consumer Affairs received a valet complaint. Reported damage to constituent's vehicle caused by valet service. This happened at Tresca at 233 Hanover. on Saturday Feb 3rd. Constituent didn't see damamges until Sunday, Feb 4th. Bus driver who brings students into Boston has complaints about how there is a new 1 hour limit in the South Bay Shopping Centre. These buses would usually park there all day waiting to pick up their students. Constituent is calling in regards to the South Station parking garage owned by Pro Parks America. Constituent feels that the parking garage is playing with words in regards to daily fees and rates. In regards to the daily max, it isn't clear that it is between 6am and 5pm, which would make many people believe it is a 24 hour span.
