People are only allowed to park inside that lot for 2 hours & then have to move their car or get a ticket. There is lack of parking in that area. DavidT/Mayor's Office advised constituent that property is not owned by the city. Under Assessing Dept web site, it's owned by Madison Washington II LLC. Constituent insist that lot is city owned & requesting to speak with the dept that handles city owned property. Call transferred to PMD.]
