If no car is parked here, cars coming down Rockview can turn left or right safely and with good visibility. Cars turning R onto Rockview from Spring Park can also turn promptly and safely, even at the same time. If car here, left turner from Rockview and R turner from Spring Park are often stuck, backing up Spring Park and even Burr.
