Dear Boston Parking Enforcement / 311 Team, I am formally reporting a vehicle that is illegally parked in a Resident Permit Parking Only zone at 1125 Commonwealth Avenue, Allston, Massachusetts 02134. Vehicle description: - Make/Model: Mazda CX-5 - Color: Dark blue - License plate: 4 CAM 46 -State: Massachusetts This vehicle does not display a valid Resident Parking Permit sticker for the Allston neighborhood (clearly visible in the rear passenger-side window, as required). The area is clearly posted with "Resident Permit Parking Only" signs, restricting parking to vehicles with the appropriate neighborhood-specific permit. This is a frequent and ongoing issue in this section of Allston, where non-resident vehicles regularly occupy spaces intended for local residents, significantly reducing available parking for those who live here and comply with the regulations. I have attached clear evidence, including photographs of: - The vehicle and its license plate - The absence of an Allston Resident Parking Permit sticker - The posted Resident Permit Parking signs in the immediate area I would greatly appreciate it if a parking enforcement officer could be dispatched to the location as soon as possible to investigate the violation, issue the appropriate citation, and take any further action necessary (such as towing if the vehicle remains in violation).
