Honda Civic it pulled up the day of the big snow storm and no one dugout the car second snow same thing now the snow has melted away and still no driver it’s been here for almost a month

Neighbor's landlord (Block Properties, Jonathan Block) is using front end loader starting at 5am to clear snow from driveway and sidewalk, extremely loud. Does it every snow storm.

Snow removal around fire hydrant

Extremely loud construction / plowing at 5 am in private parking lot that walked up the entire neighborhood. This happened often. How are they permitted to use such loud equipment at this time?

This sewer drain cover appears to be sinking. It’s right next to the crumbling concrete light post that’s being held up with electrical tape for well over a year. The light has been out for over a year, as well.

Noise disruption at night. While we appreciate the shoveling of public steps, can it please not be done at 2am???
