A dog at the above address is regularly left outside unsupervised for extended periods. The animal barks continuously at passersby — including pedestrians, children, and delivery workers — constituting an ongoing noise disturbance to the surrounding area. The owner has been observed on multiple occasions attempting without success to quiet the animal. The dog displays no response to commands and shows no signs of basic obedience training. The animal does not appear to leave the property for walks or exercise. There is no observable evidence of adequate socialization or regular care, raising concern about potential neglect under Boston's animal welfare ordinances. Animal Control inspection is requested to assess the animal's welfare and address the noise disturbance.
