Hello, I would like to submit a service request regarding a rat problem at and around 8 Barrows Street, Allston, MA 02134. I have been seeing rats in the backyard area of the apartment building. The rats appear to be going in and out of the basement of the apartments. I have also noticed rat activity coming and going from the Jackson/Mann School located behind the apartment building. I would appreciate it if the City could inspect the property and surrounding area for rodent activity and take appropriate action. Thank you.
