Car abandoned and in the opposite direction

There are HUGE pot holes on 49 rogers street. Towards the beginning and one at the end. I’ve blown two tires from the potholes and my neighbor blew one. There is no way to avoid since it’s a one way.

I just witnessed a woman named Susan who tripped and fell on the corner of Newbury street and Berkeley. She tripped over a raised platform/covering closest to JCrew. Please fix this asap immediately so others don’t fall
