Where are there all out of state plates in residential parking and no enforcement in east Boston

compost not collected. Was out on Monday night for Tues. morning pickup. Other trash and recycling were collected and my neighbors' compost was collected, but not mine.

Good evening. There is a significant amount of trash and debris littering Massachusetts Avenue where the bike lane has been installed. It is filthy and does not look like it has ever been swept. Please clean/street sweep the bike lane.

There are deep potholes on Huntington ave, in front of Northeastern University. The under bridge road at the corner of Mass ave and Huntington, Both sides (east bound and west bound) have deep potholes that should be taken care of. Unfortuantely, it is impossible to take a picture as we are under the bridge and driving. Prof Khan from Northeastern University

Why did the city remove standard sized parallel parking resident only spaces along 1980 commonwealth Ave in Brighton?
