Metal pipe sticking out of side walk. It was pushed back down. Concrete is damaged. Please make repairs for metal to not be visible and for concrete to be filled in . This is a tripping hazard. There is a hole in the sidewalk someone can get seriously hurt.

Concrete is in very poor condition and needs replacement. Other areas of the street (1063 Hyde Park Ave) were recently repaired - a repair in this section is badly needed and would be greatly appreciated.
