Constituent reports that the door that is the entrance to the building was previously made out of metal was replaced with a wooden door. The new door frequently gets broken into by unhoused individuals who loiter in the stairwell of the building and threatening residents. Maintenance has fixed the latch on the door multiple times but it does not change the issue. Constituent reports that window companies have come out to inspect the windows of her apartment 3 times over 9 years and each time they have said that the windows need a replacement but no work has been done.
