    Hello I am a local resident near the public lot near 370 dudley street and sometimes park in this lot. However it is becoming increasingly difficult as some guy is using this lot as his own personal auto shop and currently has 6 or more cars that have been parked here for weeks or months even in some cases . It has become nearly impossible for local residents to park in this lot.
