Bike path surface is crumbling despite previous repairs.

The sidewalk across the street from this address and in front of the Church is raised. This is now a tripping hazard, especially when people come out of the church. Cna this be addressed ASAP!! | Cause of damage: [Normal deterioration]

Sidewalk crumbling on both sides of orchard and Corey road intersection. They have been crumbling since they were installed a few years ago- please don’t use the same contractor. The older sidewalk just beyond is still in place while these newer corner installations were falling apart soon after being redone.

The sidewalk curbing abutting my property (90 Readville St) on Albermarle Street was damaged during the winter snowstorm. The dislodged curbing is creating a hazard with entering or leaving my driveway. Frustrated on trying to find out which department can assist in getting this repaired.
