- The intersection of Hilburn Street and Whitford Street is incredibly dangerous with cars speeding down Hilburn, not always stopping at the stop signs at Whitford and then speeding down the rest of Hilburn. There's been numerous accidents at the intersection. Can you put in a raised intersection, a small rotary, or do something else to control the speeding? It's dangerous for kids in the neighborhood.
