In construction of a new sidewalk at Savin Hill Ave and Denny St in Dorchester, the new curved sidewalk extension essentially dams up the street so that rainwater can no longer access the sewage drain. A new drain needs to be installed on the left side in these photos, near 177 Savin Hill Ave.
