The lights on the esplanade are all broken in a long stretch of the foot path. It's dangerous to walk there at night. I'm adding a picture of one the broken lights that is in an area where there are other lights, so that you can actually see it because I can't take a picture in total darkness. But want to emphasize that it's absolutely dark in other areas.
