Clr stating that vehicles are speeding and driving down middle of street.]

Would you happen to know who I could contact? Or if you could call to have it re-installed? We had one over a year ago and it got hit by an Nstar truck and it was never replaced. It is a very, very busy street and having the barrel there could possibly save a life.]
