Const reported that there are a lot of cracks in the sidewalk and the sidewalk is now pulling away from the building/property. Const stated that it is now leaving a space between the two, which contributes to a rodent issue for the const | Cause of damage: [Normal deterioration]

Good morning , we have a sidewalk buckle issue do to a tree roots growing under side walk. We love the tree but the side walk is becoming a hazard and do not want someone to get hurt do to the uprooted sidewalk.
