There is a mental plate in the road with a lifter corner and an older lady tripped and fell on it. She fell on her face and was bleeding from several areas. Please send someone to Newbury street to fix. Outside of the New balance store

Rubber doorstop outside of the Forsyth exit at Ruggles is a tripping hazard. Multiple people have tripped over it this morning.
