in front of 20 waldemar area where a dead tree was removed was patched with hot top with asphalt instead of cement is concave, sunken down, and uneven, square next to it by end of driveway is convex, edges are sticking up, both are a Slip or Trip and Fall hazard. Please repair with concrete to match rest of sidewalk. Thank you.

Hole in valve cover on sidewalk. In front of home with 2 disabled people and 3 elderly. Asking to please have this fixed ASAP so no one falls over it. Thank you.
