Constituent states that the only tow zone no stopping sign is posted at the light at the top the Gardner st intersection and cars parked about 500 ft away aren't able to see the sign posted. Constituent is reaching out to PWD in order to see how the contractors can go about posting the tow zone signage on a street with no utility or light poles. Active street occupancy work permits for the street have not been found.]
