    Trash s now overflowing again. They do not care to use dumpster and recycling bins. The bins are so full the rats are ripping them apart and having a field day. This problem has been going on for several months to the point the rat problem has become insane and unmanageable. Furniture was thrown out last night between 6 and 8 PM. Dumped from the back of the building into the parking lot and not dumpster. Please help get the garbage under control.

    Property conditions interfere with sidewalk passage | Details: [Long past time this nuisance hedge was removed or cut to the ground to regrow in a manageable form. Even in winter it blocks half the sidewalk due to its encroaching, overhanging nature. The lowest branches are at face height. A $15 fine will not compel the owners to deal with this mess.
