Anonymous resident reports a group of unsheltered persons drinking and doing drugs at the intersection of Atherton St and Washington St, Roxbury. Constituent states 5 people have been staying in the front enterance of the now closed rent-a-center. They appear to be using boxes for an encampment and there has been active substance use observed multiple times. | Did the resident observe substance use: [Yes]

Tent set up on Esplanade next to Gronk Playground at exit from Blossom Street walking bridge. (encampment?)

I can’t imagine the city does not know this but Ramsey park is a gathering place for open air drug use during the day. No families use the playground because drug users have taken over.
