Litter, Debris, Graffiti BPD responded. No individual actively encamped.

There is a porta potty on congress street outside of the government center parking garage and state street building that is not locked and I believe someone is staying in or at least utilizing. I heard them in there this morning on my walk to work. After work, the porta potty had been moved and it is now taking up a good portion of the sidewalk.

3 homeless individuals loitering and making loud noises all through the night in my backyard and neighbors backyard.

There’s an intermittent but lasting encampment on the sidewalk of Washington with copious drug addiction, littering , loitering and al sorts of things going on for months in this area .
