    There is a group of homeless drug users at fourth street park. While walking over to broadway station this morning, I passed by them, specifically one girl shooting a needle into her leg. This is ridiculous. I don’t feel safe doing my daily activities. There is also an INSANE amount of trash (and used needles) because of these people. DO SOMETHING!!!
