Every time I come here I pay a different price for the same food. The cashier always claims that they haven't updated their prices yet for at least two years. They also round up the bill and overcharge you. Finally, their $15 credit card minimum violates the Doss-Frank law which sets a maximum $10 credit card minimum ?1693o-2. Reasonable fees and rules for payment card transactions.]

This meant that instead of an item costing $8.99, it was rung up for $9. When she pointed this out to the cashier after her purchase, he was shaken and gave her a nickel to make up for the extra money he had charged her, and when she requested a receipt it showed that she had been overcharged. Constituent reports that this is a recurring occurence in corner stores, notably in communities of color or lower income.]

I thought it was .05? McDonalds in the Boston area is also taking advantage through their app for take-out. They have always served food in paper bags and now they are charging for the paper bag they have always served prior to the new law on plastic bags. Companies are taking advantage of the consumer.]
