She is charging food pantry recipients $2 per package of meat. This is not okay and if the stores who are donating find out they will stop providing them to her. They are supposed to be distributed free of charge for liability purposes. Please investigate!]

I am told the $2.00 is not required for people to receive food.

Caller brought them to the register but was charged full price. When she protested the manager said she could have one at the sale. She contends that they should have been sold at the price marked or they should have been retagged]

A full sanitary inspection was conducted, no items from other retailers observed, items are purchased through wholesaler companies, a copy of invoices is attached to complaint, a referral will be sent to Weights and Measures Department for pricing of items. A compliance inspection is scheduled on 7-28-22 for other cited items.
