37 Montcalm Ave, Brighton, Ma, 02135Reporting rodent and mice issue at 41 and 45 Montcalm Ave in Brighton. The residents don’t appear to store their trash properly and a lot of junk in 41 and noticing burrows. I believe that both houses have absent landlords. Rodents and mice getting underneath my front porch and I store my trash properly etc. unfortunately with all these issues I’m in the middle of it all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 101 Moraine St, Jamaica Plain, Ma, 02130We have seen an increase of rats along our fences between Pondview Avenue, Moraine Street, and the Mansion House on the Riverway. One possible source is the trash bin at the Mansion House. I took this picture this morning . Usually there are many more trash bags scattered about. Can someone come out and look this over? Thanks!
CLOSED #101006682525Noted. I've been working with this property for a few weeks. I requested a new dumpsters and pest control. They just got the new dumpster and pest control is on-site. Also, their exterminator gas the burrows. Property is in compliance.

332 Jamaicaway, Jamaica Plain, Ma, 02130Rats stemming from the building at 332 Jamaicaway, they are running through the fences on the Pondview side of the building, confirmed burrowing along all of the neighvoring fences. Need city assistance requiring the 332 jway management to resolve the issue and infestation.
