    Increased rat activity in neighborhood. I captured 3 (possibly juveniles) in my gutter downspout. Significant sightings by multiple neighbors at all times of day/evening. May be due to neighbors yard with large accumulation of items being stored in and around house at 7 Realton Road, West Roxbury
