Open trash for weeks by Boylston St CVS - 7 Eleven - Dartmouth Street Station - Alley behind 7Eleven overflowing trash - rats sited /premier area visited by millions of tourists each year - health risk - ugly

The Bertucci's at 633 VFW Parkway in West Roxbury has mice that have been seen running around in their dining room. I was in the restaurant on Monday June 1st around 7:45-8:50pm, and mice (at least 1 or 2) were seen running around the dining room by two separate members of my party. Unfortunately, I do not have photos to support my report, but I looked on Google Maps and saw that someone posted a 1-star review of that location a year ago. That person/poster (Wynter View) included a photograph, which I will attach. They also included a video.

Rodent and cockroaches infestation inspector needs to ask for the last year of exterminator paperwork not one exterminator has been there the place is infested 187 green street 5 union ave Jamaica plain mass they are slumlords the management company is horrible don't know how and why the health inspector doesn't do anything to this management they keep on getting away with it no hot water rodents filthy hallways filthy bathrooms even though the full time cleaner does his best they need another person to keep it clean and maybe not a health issue but they charge 10 a week for a fan and 15 a week for ac on top of the rent when f you do the math this amount is paying all there bills not just electric bill the average ac cost is 7 dollars s week they are doubling it for profit and the fan cost about 2 bucks a week just a low life magament company please send someone who will thoroughly investigate this please it's Total abuse of tenants rights they put on a show when inspector comes do sneak visits you will see the truth

So many rats. Generally been hearing the Rat Scuffle at night but tonight was the first time I could get pictures. Counted at least 4 rats.

The constituent also states as of today they discovered a large roach in the building today. The constituent states they are concerned due to elderly and disabled residents living at the service location.
