    High level of rat activity and burrows in patio area behind 11 Hereford Street. Tunneling and burrows visible. Rats observed on many nights going in and out from the patio area and converging on trash put out at alley corner.

    we have had a rodent infestation in our entire building at 30 Egleston St. the property management did send exterminators. there was still activity and new droppings in the apartment after they came. this is not the first infestation that we have had but it's the worst in a while.
